Worst buying experience Ive had to deal with, almost every order I have to call to figure out when I will see my product. Do not do business with ATD, there is a reason they go bankrupt every 6 months. Edit: only getting worse, payments left by check but drivers change almost daily because they apparently can't keep employees, drivers cant read so they don't pickup the check then proceed to charge the card on file and apply a 3% fee. Takes calling multiple times to resolve the issue.

They would not let me grab the order with the code for a tire because i was using my bf app isn’t of mine this time. Took me forever to figure out how to cancel. Still didn’t figure it out. Just had to make an issue statement thing. Tried to message the person but couldn’t felt so bad.

Called on a Saturday to verify a tire was in stock. They said they had it, I told them I was coming to get it. Showed up about 10 after 12 to locked doors. Turns out they are not open until 2:30 like their Google listing suggests. I even asked the guy in the phone if I could pick the tire up today. They said yes. Failed to mention the were closing soon.
